John Tamny founded The Parkview Institute in 2023. As editor of RealClearMarkets and a longtime Forbes contributor, he writes about economic freedom and challenges conventional arguments across the political spectrum. His books include Popular Economics, Who Needs the Fed?, The End of Work, The Money Confusion and The Deficit Delusion. He also coauthored Bringing Adam Smith into the American Home with Jack Ryan. He participates in interviews, campus talks, panels and debates.
